StarCraft Shooter Likely To Be Revealed At BlizzCon, Report Suggests According to a report from Windows Central's Jez Corden on what to expect from Xbox this year, a StarCraft shooter could headline Blizzard's fan convention in September. Details about the game, including whether or not it will be a multiplayer title, are light, but it was first reported to exist in 2024 by Bloomberg reporter Jason Schrierer in his book Play Nice: The Rise, Fall, and Future of Blizzard Entertainment. Former Far Cry lead Dan Hay is said to be leading the project. As far back as September 2024, Insider Gaming reported on this new title, which first came from Jason Schreier. It was mentioned as being in development in his latest book Play Nice: The Rise, Fall, and Future Of Blizzard Entertainment, and former Far Cry head Dan Hay was leading the team. No other details about this game are known at this point, but to hear it’s still moving forward has to be excited for fans of the franchise. Todo lo que tenga que ver con Starcraft hace que me invada un sabroso ritmo vengador. Ojalá. Un juego rollo marine terran vs zerg molaría mucho aunque... ¿dónde habré visto eso antes?  Van un poco tarde con Space Marine y Helldivers ya consolidadísimos, aunque ojalá salga algo potentorro. Que la gracia de mí sea con todos vosotros. |

Aunque en realidad Starcraft es una copia de Warhammer 40K: - Terran -> Imperiales. - Zerg -> Tiranidos. - Protoss -> Eldar. Editado: Se me olvidaba el Space Marine, Helldivers y el Starship Troopers  Vamos, que la rueda lleva ya inventada desde hace mucho.

Pienso que han visto el éxito de Warhammer 40.000: Space Marine 2, y ven cabida a hacer algo igual con un juego enfocado a Terrans, porque no veo a los Zerg y los Protoss con pistola dando tiros El asunto es que Phil Spencer ya dijo en su mmento, tras la adquisición de Activision Blizzard, que la saga StarCraft es un activo, es todavía una franquicia que la tienen parada después de año ya con StarCraft II completado y en funcionamiento, solo con actualizaciones mínimas. ¿Tiene sentido? Si, pero ya veremos.. StarCraft siempre ha sido un RTS, entonces ir a otro género es una apuesta arriesgada StarCraft:Ghost era un Metal Gear Solid en toda regla, y con buena pinta, pero se ve que no alcanzaba los parámetro de calidad que tenía Blizzard en esa época. |
