Ripple would release additional XRP on the market, it's price would drop as the quantity of XRP increases - making existing XRP worth less. Now, as ripcurldog rightfully states, if the new XRP would be "immediately purchased", the price would remain stable / neutral. This is true. However, what I meant to say was that if the additional XRP would NOT be released, the cash people would have spent on purchasing the new supply of XRP could also have been spent on the current volume of rotating XRP. In this case, the price would not have remained neutral but in fact would have gone up due to increased demand. A dollar can only be spent once and I'd love to see people spend that dollar on purchasing existing XRPs in rotation rather than Ripple releasing a batch of new XRPs that would devaluate (or even out as in the price remaining neutral assuming the foregoing assumption of ripcurldog is true) our investments. tl;dr Ripple, pls consider locking up non-rotating XRP or release small batches of XRP on a predetermined interval |

Que coño he hecho?
