UPDATE Febrero 2022: Manteniendo posición en oro. ---------------------------------------------- White Rock Minerals is a minerals resources exploration and development company based in the historic mining centre of Ballarat in Victoria, Australia. White Rock owns the Red Mountain project in central Alaska – a high-grade silver-zinc-gold-lead VMS and gold IRGS project – and the advanced Mt Carrington gold-silver project in New South Wales. -Anunciada la adquisición de AuStar Gold(AUL) hoy 3 de Febrero: White Rock to Acquire AuStar Gold https://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/WRM/02337333.pdf Highlights: • White Rock to acquire 100% of AuStar Gold by way of scheme of arrangement in an allshare transaction under which, if implemented, AuStar Gold shareholders will receive 0.78 White Rock shares for every AuStar Gold share held. • The Scheme delivers significant value to AuStar Gold shareholders. The implied price of the Scheme consideration represents a premium of approximately 47% based on the last trading price of AUL shares on 1st February 2021 and 56% based on the 1-month VWAP of AUL shares. • The Scheme moves White Rock into the league of gold producers and secures a large (~670km2 ) under-explored land package with historic high-grade gold production in the highly prospective Victorian goldfields. • The AuStar Gold Board unanimously recommends that AuStar Gold shareholders vote in favour of the Scheme, in the absence of a superior proposal and subject to an independent expert’s report concluding that the Scheme is in the best interests of AuStar Gold shareholders. • Shareholders of both White Rock and AuStar Gold are expected to benefit from the increased strength of the merged group. Key benefits to White Rock shareholders: • White Rock shareholders will gain exposure to the significant exploration potential and interest that currents exists in the Victorian goldfields area. • The significant exploration potential of the Victorian land package offers a counter-cyclical and news flow opportunity to its highly prospective but northern hemisphere Alaskan project at Red Mountain. • White Rock will join the league of Australian gold producers, the goal for many a small Junior exploration company. • The merged group will have a larger and more diverse asset portfolio, covering two first world jurisdictions (the USA and Australia), and gold, silver and zinc, all with JORC Resources. • The merged group is expected to have enhanced access to new investment and other opportunities through its increased size, stronger financial capability and diversified share holder base. -1 de Febrero: Multiple New Mineralised VMS Targets Identified at White Rock’s Red Mountain Project, Alaska https://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/WRM/02336315.pdf Highlights: • Six new, potentially significant, mineralised volcanogenic massive sulphide (“VMS”) targets have been identified during the follow-up of stream sediment anomalism identified at White Rock’s 100% controlled Red Mountain Project, Alaska. ✓ Red Mountain hosts a VMS JORC Resource of 9Mt at 157g/t silver, 5.8% zinc and 0.9g/t gold, for a 13.2% Zinc equivalent2 (or 609g/t (19 ozs/t) Silver Equivalent) grade. • Highlights of regional reconnaissance rock chip sampling from outcropping massive sulphides include: ✓ Horseshoe (up to 8.3% Zn, 0.3% Pb, 1.1% Cu, 12g/t Ag & 3.6g/t Au). ✓ Bib (up to 7.3% Zn, 5.1% Pb, 0.3% Cu, 40g/t Ag & 0.3g/t Au). ✓ Bib West (up to 5.7% Zn, 1.4% Pb & 0.2% Cu) ✓ Grapple (up to 3.6% Zn, 1.9% Pb, 0.7% Cu & 40g/t Ag). ✓ Peaches (up to 2.9% Zn, 2.8% Pb, 0.2% Cu, 46g/t Ag & 1.5g/t Au). ✓ Ringer (up to 1.0% Cu, 26g/t Ag & 0.4g/t Au). • The VMS outcrops (“lenses”) identified are composed of pyrrhotite (a magnetic iron-sulphide) or pyrite, sphalerite (zinc sulphide), galena (lead sulphide) and minor chalcopyrite (copper sulphide). • The VMS lenses are coincident with podiform magnetic features identified by an airborne magneticssurvey flown in 2020, and likely represent magnetic response of pyrrhotite within these VMS lenses thereby allowing magnetics to be modelled for definition of robust new VMS drill targets. • None of the six prospects are believed to have ever been drill tested. • White Rock is planning to complete follow-up surface geochemistry and geophysics prior to the likely drill testing of the best VMS targets during the 2021 field season. The company is also considering a parallel follow-up drill program at its large Last Chance Intrusion Related Gold System (“IRGS”) target4 , where collectively, there are approximately 30km2 of drainages shedding anomalous gold across the Last Chance property indicating excellent potential for discovery. Ticker: WRM (ASX) Web oficial: https://www.whiterockminerals.com.au/ Chart: https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/WRM.AX/chart?p=WRM.AX Datos: EPS: 0.73 P/E: 0.8 Cap. Mercado: 44.7M ROE: 48.5% Beta: 0.399 Cash: 13M.

![]() He encontrado esto también: http://www.321gold.com/editorials/mo...rty113020.html Red Mountain has a resource of 9.1 million tonnes in the high-grade inferred category. When you look at the chart, you are looking at five year old prices and current prices are about 50% higher but recoveries would be from 70% to 90% and all you are looking at is an indication of total value per tonne. There is 46.1 million ounces of silver alone selling for about $.30 an ounce and all the rest free. That amount of rock in the ground would be worth about $2.72 billion dollars. The entire company is selling for just over about one half of one percent of that number. That’s absurd. It should be more like 1-2 percent giving White Rock a market cap 200-300% higher just for Red Mountain. But under JORC in addition to what they call the high-grade inferred resource they can put in a regular inferred category. In this case they have 16.7 million tonnes of $213 rock worth $3.5 billion in the ground or about .33 of one percent. This is for a base metal deposit in a mining friendly state. But the project I like the most is the Last Chance gold target. Initial stream samples show values similar or higher than the nearby Pogo Gold Mine with 4 million ounces discovered and produced. Obviously we are in the early stages of exploration at the Last Chance project but results so far have been encouraging. |

HIGHLIGHTS • White Rock controls a strategic district-scale 798km2 land holding in the Bonnifield District of central Alaska where there is gold potential related to the Tintina Gold Province (Figure 1) and where there is VMS potential in the western extension of the Yukon-Tanana Terrane. • As a part of the Company’s exploration activities in 2020, an airborne magnetics and radiometrics survey was flown1 to assist in mapping the geology and structures and guide planning for this year’s exploration program. • 3D modelling and a geological interpretation of the airborne magnetics and radiometrics survey is providing a foundation for interpreting the links between Cretaceous granites and structures controlling mineralisation at the Company’s large Last Chance Gold Target in the Tintina Gold Province. • The Tintina Gold Province is host to giant gold deposits including Donlin Creek (45 Moz Au2), Pogo (10 Moz Au3) and Fort Knox (13.5 Moz Au4), which are all IntrusionRelated Gold Systems (IRGS) associated with Cretaceous granites. ✓ At the Last Chance Gold Target, White Rock expects to be able to drill test structural positions with the potential for high grade gold mineralisation during the 2021 field season, expected to commence mid-June. ✓ The magnetics interpretation has also defined a stratigraphic domain hosting newly identified VMS prospects at Horseshoe, Bib, Bib West, Peaches and Grapple5 . These newly identified VMS prospects will also be a focus for surface prospecting to assist to define the priority targets for drill testing during the upcoming 2021 field season. |
