| No me gustan los juegos, aunque hace un tiempo era tali-Counter Strike. Sigo siendo nintendero, y tengo la DSLite y 3DS, con eso me basta. |

btw, I forgot about yesterday's report. 20 people 5 rounds with top8, I finished 5-8. Deck 7 Plains 1 Dust Bowl 4 Wasteland 4 Rishadan Port 3 Karakas 2 Horizon Canopy 3 Flagstones of Trokair 4 Mother of Runes 2 Mangara of Corondor 3 Restoration Angel 4 Stoneforge Mystic 4 Fickerwisp 4 Phyrexian Revoker 4 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben 4 Swords to Plowshares 4 Aether Vial 1 Batterskull 1 Umezawa's Jitte 1 Sword of Light and Shadow 1 Sword of Body and Mind Sideboard 1 Umezawa's Jitte 1 Manriki-Gusari 1 Relic of Progenitus 2 Rest in peace 1 Grafdigger's Cage 3 Cataclysm 1 Pithing Needle 2 Sunlance 1 Disenchant 2 Linvala, Keeper of Silence My matchups were: R1. Jund. Won, he didn't have Dread of Night in the sideboard and Flickerwisp finished 2 of the games quite easily. R2. OmniTell. Lost, didn't have any sideboard prepared for this matchup, lanst time I saw the deck was 4 months ago. I did prepare for Sneak Attack, but they didn't pair any of the two lists that day with me. R3. RUG. Draw, I lost game 1 after getting hit by 3 Lightning Bolt, 3 Daze and a FoW and his T1 Delver attacked me for 7 turns. Game 2 I won after controlling the board and dropping SBM. He decked himself before dying to damage, which I think is quite amusing. Game 3 after getting control of the board he entered into playing-slow-as-molasses-mode to force a draw because he didn't have any chance of winning, and kept drawing a ton of chump blockers (I didn't have SBM in play and he kept playing small creatures that didn't grow thanks to RIP). R4. UW Miracles. G1 I won easily with a Thalia, 2 counter Vial, Karakas and enough land to Port 3 of his lands every turn. G2, he ate 2 (two!) Cataclysms destroying 9 of his lands in total and at the end of the game he still had 5 lands in play. Lost to 2 Angel tokens. Game 3 I drew a ton of land and finished with Batterskull with a SBM. Lots of tokens! R5. Deadguy Junk. Won, G1 he had a bad hand and I deployed extremely fast. G2 I got the bad hand and his Confidant gave him the game. Game 3 I played 4 of the 5 equipment I had post board, and he couldn't stick any because one of mine was Manriki Gusari. Restoration Angel won the game by attacking on the air with SLS, Jitte and Batterskull. QF. Goblins. Lost games 1 and 3 because I didn't have removal to get rid of his turn 1 Lackeys, also mulliganed to 6 both times so I wasn't going to be too picky with the hand, they were still decent enough if it weren't for the Lackeys. G2 he overextended and ate an epic Cataclysm that left his hand and board empty, with only a Matron, Vial at 5 and a Mountain. Porting the Mountain and StP killing the Matron finished the game. I felt that the matchup was winnable if I got slightly better hands, but didn't see removal when I needed them. Bad luck I guess? I like the SBM, together with SLS it provides with a good spread of protection. it's certainly mainboard stuff because of it's versatility, but whether you need it or not depends on the meta. It's very good against decks without many fliers and UW Miracles, since it's a very good offensive sword. You can hit with it and then equip the wolf to defend. Milling isn't as relevant as you might think, and it actually won me the game against Miracles because I milled his Humility and Detention Sphere with him having a Enl. Tutor in hand. Against RUG it really shines, especially if coupled with GY hate. It mills their creatures (VERY relevant) and the wolf is an excellent blocker if equipped with the sword post combat. SOmetimes better than Batterskull because of the evasion. |

More than 20,000 people apply for one-way ticket to Mars http://arstechnica.com/science/2013/...icket-to-mars/ Turns out that in the week since, at least 20,000 people have paid $38 to formally apply for Mars One. Various sources around the Internet, including China Daily, are reporting that the world is full of people who wouldn't mind living out the remainder of their days in a questionable camera-stuffed habitat on Mars. Around 600 of the applicants are Chinese citizens, and it's arguable that some might not understand what they're getting into. According to China Daily, some of the prospective astronauts are a little optimistic about what they might find waiting for them once they reach their destination: Ma Qing, a 39-year-old bookseller, said, "I think the chance to be part of the project is a cool way for me to change a dull daily life. Besides, the air on Mars must be much cleaner and easier to breathe."
