Buenas shurs. Vengo desesperado y con los tímpanos temblando. Tengo un homelab serio con un Dell PowerEdge R740xd que aloja servicios de clientes, y desde hace 11 días los 6 ventiladores van clavados al 82-91% (16-19.000 RPM — un A320 despegando en el salón) con todo el hardware frío: CPUs a 45°C, aire de entrada a 27°C. Resumen para vagos: la iDRAC (controladora de gestión de Dell) calcula un "suelo mínimo" de ventiladores según la configuración. Durante el POST marca 43%. A los ~2 minutos de arrancar: PUM, 82-91% para siempre. No es temperatura — es el cálculo interno que se ha vuelto loco. Empezó tras una sesión de actualización de firmware que coincidió con un problema eléctrico en casa. Lo que ya he probado (TODO, con evidencia):
Bonus surrealista: el moderador del foro oficial de Dell me acabó contestando con una respuesta claramente generada por IA — me recetó un comando racadm que NO existe y una versión de CPLD que NO existe. Lo verifiqué todo antes de flashear nada. Estamos solos, shurs. LO QUE PIDO:

Ese dato lo decide todo: si en cajas sanas sale cero → mis tablas están corruptas. Si os salen los mismos 252 → es ruido de fábrica y el sospechoso es el contenido de las tablas de la 2.27.

Cuando los ventiladores van a full es que has metido algún componente no original (por ejemplo discos duros) y considera que deben girar a máxima velocidad a modo de protección. Empezó a ocurrir desde cierta versión de idrac, no recuerdo ahora cuál. |

| El problema empezó despues de que petara un fusible en casa… no llevo nada que no sea original. Y mi hardware no ha cambiado. |
